Rodrigo Martinez is the Internal Audit Manager of the A-C IA unit. Rodrigo oversees the county’s mandated audits. Rodrigo holds several certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Before joining the County of Orange, Rodrigo worked in the financial institution industry, where he performed several operational, financial, compliance, and information system audits. Rodrigo is a Marine Corps veteran and obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Roosevelt University and his Master’s of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
