Paul Villanueva recently assumed the role of Auditor Controller IT Director, bringing more than 25 years of experience with the County of Orange. Having spent over 15 years in the A C IT Division, he considers this a return home. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with a career spanning both finance and technology. His work has centered on improving systems, strengthening collaboration, and supporting departments with effective solutions.
Paul is excited about the County’s ERP initiative and looks forward to supporting the team through the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
